<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif; font-size: x-small;">3. Tumbuk bawang merah, bawang putih dan cili padi hingga halus. Panaskan kuali dan minyak. Setelah minyak panas, masukan bahan yang telah ditumbuk tadi. Masukkan cili kisar, tumis sehingga naik bau. Setelah bahan tumis naik bau, masukkan paste kari tadi. Pelahankan api dan tunggu tumisan mengeluarkan minyak.</span><br />

Setelah ayam mula mengeras (setengah masak) masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit. Kuatkan api dalam kadar sederhana. </span><br />
